The last thing any NFL team should’ve did in 2020 was give Patrick Mahomes another weapon to have on offense. That’s what happened when the New York Jets released Le’Veon Bell earlier this week and he subsequently took to his talents to signing with the Chiefs.

Bell will have to go through five days of COVID-19 testing before he can join the Chiefs, so he won’t be available to play when the team takes on the Buffalo Bills.
The 4-1 Chiefs are 13th in the league in rushing at 119 yards per game and 10th at 4.5 yards per carry.
