After the Bills and Chiefs wrapped up one of the most incredible playoff football games ever played on Sunday, social media immediately turned the attention to Brittany Matthes, because she took a champagne bottle and sprayed the liquid all over the cheering fans below.
Unfortunately for Matthews, she has been getting blasted for it ever since as many have taken to social media and called for her to be banned from NFL stadiums. They also want Jackson Mahomes, who only recorded it, to be banned also…just because he is not very liked as well.
Not only can Matthews not understand why people dislike her, she really cannot understand why many of them use the word ‘hate’ when they have never met her a day in their life to have such a strong negative reaction towards her.
“Hate is a very strong word to just be thrown at someone you don’t even know.”
Matthews said she’s being “attacked” after social media users criticized a video showing her now viral celebration after the Chiefs’ 36-33 overtime victory against the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round on Sunday.

“I just wish I could do what I want without getting attacked every week,” Matthews tweeted on Monday.
Matthews also retweeted several local Kansas City reporters who defended her actions.
Because of the strong dislike other fan bases have for her and Jackson, the Cincinnati Bengals have gained millions of fans as they are being cheered on to get rid of them.
