Patrick Mahomes has let fans know exactly how he feels about his wife.
Brittany Mahomes is, by far, the most maligned WAG in the NFL, which is strange given that Patrick is one of the most-liked athletes in sports. Brittany’s activity on social media often causes her to become the butt of criticism and lots of people have urged her to take a step back.
However, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback does not believe he would have experienced the success he’s seen so far without her at his side.
“I truly mean this when I say, I think if I didn’t have Brittany, I wouldn’t be in the position I am now,” the reigning league MVP said to CBS.
The pair tied the knot last summer and have two kids together, having begun a relationship when they were in high school.
“I was not prepared for this,” Brittany said of the success they’ve had as a couple.

“And at such a young age. We were in love and I loved him with all of my heart. But, you know, I didn’t expect it to skyrocket this soon, and us kind of just being thrown into the fire like this.”
Lately, though, fans are warming to Brittany. Lots of them defended her after PETA criticized her for taking photos with dolphins and her appearance in Netflix’s Quarterback series has also gotten people to change their minds about her.
