The Kansas City Chiefs held a 17-7 lead at halftime of their Super Bowl rematch vs. the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night, but they failed to score a single point in the second half.
The finish wasn’t the most surprising part of the game.
Before the game, Patrick Mahomes father had a surprising message for fans as he was recorded saying “Go Eagles.”
He could be seen with a chick wearing an Eagles jersey as she rested her head on his chest to get what he said. It’s quite obvious why he said it as the woman was quite attractive.
As for the game. the Eagles scored two unanswered touchdowns in the second half to acquire a four-point lead, but the Chiefs still had a chance to walk out with a victory.
Patrick Mahomes and the offense took over with 2:49 remaining in the fourth quarter, but a comeback was not to be this time around. On second down, Mahomes dropped back and fired a perfect deep ball to his wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling who had badly beaten his man.
