Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes appeared to literally be in tears following the team’s frustrating 20-17 home loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
Mahomes was seen going off on officials following Kansas City’s second straight defeat that dropped them to 8-5 on the year. And then as you can see in the clip below, it looked like Mahomes was genuinely crying after the game:
Mahomes’ teammates had to hold him back from further confronting the officials after the loss to Buffalo. Perhaps the reigning league MVP was unhappy about an offside call against Kadarius Toney that nullified a late go-ahead touchdown:
Yep, things are getting very testy for the defending champs.
