The Chiefs committed the kind of offensive errors that have been uncommon since Andy Reid became their coach in 2013 and Patrick Mahomes started his brilliant career as their starting quarterback in 2018. These errors included penalties, red-zone turnovers, and two dropped passes in the last minutes of the game.
Unbelievably, Kansas City averages just 5.3 points after halftime this season, which puts them dead bottom in the NFL in second-half scoring.
All in all, the Chiefs are still 7-3 and are in first place in the AFC West.
