Things are starting to get real dicey for the New York Giants.
On Monday, Giants Head coach Pat Shurmur pretty much left the door open for the team to make a change at quarterback when he declined to name Eli Manning as the team’s starting quarterback for Week 3’s game against the Buccaneers.
“He’s been our starter to this point. I’m not ready to talk about that,” Shurmur said of Manning, per Kimberly Jones.
“I understand,” when informed that this would leave to some speculation about the QB position.
According to Shurmur, it’s “absolutely” fair to think they will decide between starting Manning or rookie Daniel Jones by Wednesday’s first practice.

The Giants are 0-2 after falling to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
