The Chargers fan who went viral during Monday Night Football was a guest on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ on Tuesday, and she’s very real.
A few theories popped up online after Merriane Do was shown going over the top with her celebrations while her team played the Cowboys. Some suggested she was paid by the NFL while others reckoned she might have been AI.
However, having appeared on said show today, Merriane confirmed being human, also explaining that this is how she always behaves at sporting events, including the ones her kids are involved in.
Merriane, who is clearly passionate about the Chargers, admits getting anxiety over the team but insists they will make the playoffs this season and will eventually win a Super Bowl.
“Everyone’s like, ‘How do you still believe in your Chargers?’ I’m like, do you lose faith in your spouse when they fail? Do you lose faith in your kids when they fail? I’m not going to lose faith in my Chargers when they make a mistake,” she remarked.

“Before I die, we’re gonna get there,” Do added. “We’re gonna win it, and it’s gonna happen.”
It’s going to be interesting to see whether Do gets coverage when the Chargers play the Chiefs at Arrowhead this weekend or whether Taylor Swift will get all the attention if they’re both in attendance.
