Just in case you thought otherwise, Aaron Rodgers is not on The Pat McAfee show every week just because they are great friends, the quarterback is getting something out of it.
Rodgers has become a regular on the Pat McAfee Show, and a report on Thursday may tell us the reason for his frequent appearances.
According to a report from Andrew Marchand of the New York Post, McAfee compensates his guests on the show very well. The report said that Aaron Rodgers is making millions of dollars from his appearance on the show.
“Rodgers is receiving more than seven figures per year to come on the show each week, according to sources,” Marchand writes in The Post.
The Pat McAfee Show, which moved to ESPN in September, has grown significantly in 2023 so paying Rodgers that type of money is good for business.
McAfee signed a 5-year, $85 million deal with ESPN in September and has since become one of the most prominent sports media figures in and around football.

Rodgers, meanwhile, is still pulling in his salary from the New York Jets while being out for the season after suffering a torn Achilles in his first game with the team.
