Aaron Rodgers made another appearance on the Pat McAfee show today, and it seemed like the goal on this occasion was to clear the air following last week’s revelation that he was unvaccinated and his subsequent appearance on the McAfee’s show.
One of the topics that seemed to irk many following last week’s appearance was Rodgers’ admission that he had consulted Joe Rogan for his thoughts on Covid-19 and the vaccine. Critics of the Packers quarterback were left wondering why he would ask someone like Rogan (who’s controversial views on the coronavirus have been well documented), rather than taking the advice of team and league doctors.
Pat McAfee decided to address the elephant in the room today when Rodgers appeared on his show. And his lead-in to the topic was both brilliant and hilarious at the same time.
In an effort to playfully troll A-Rod, McAfee asked the following:
“You have doctors that you’ve consulted with. Dr. Joe Rogan and which other doctors?”
Rodgers got a kick out of the joke, and he even admitted that much. He then went on to explained how he had consulted with several people who have dealt with Covid — which includes Joe Rogan, who had coronavirus earlier in the year.
Here’s a look at how it all went down:

The Packers quarterback missed his team’s week 9 loss to the Chiefs after testing positive for Covid last week. If he can test negative and remain asymptomatic by Saturday, he’ll be able to rejoin his team for their week 10 matchup against the Seahawks on Sunday.
