D.J. Moore leaped into the stands at Bank of America Stadium on Thursday night to break up an argument at the team’s Fan Fest event that truly could’ve gotten out of hand.
During a Panthers fan event on Thursday, a pair of fans began arguing and appeared to be on the verge of starting fight. The Carolina Panthers WR saw it happening in real time, so he climbed up to the stands and broke it up.
The two fans settled down and resumed enjoying the festivities.
It’s unclear what sparked the heated verbal exchange between the two men.
As for the event, Fan Fest is an annual preseason practice for the Panthers that includes interactions with supporters and a fireworks show.
Moore is entering his fifth year with Carolina after being selected in the first round of the 2018 NFL draft.
