If the best defense in the NFL can’t contain the Green Bay Packers, it’s hard to believe anyone else has much of a chance.
They ran it with ease and used fast tempo, which seemed to put the Rams on their heels. It resulted in a 32-18 win over the Rams and sent the Packers to the NFC championship game next week.
Superstar wideout Davante Adams, who caught nine passes for 66 yards and one score, had a bold declaration after the game.
“Nobody,” Davante Adams said Saturday night when asked if anyone can slow down the Packers offense. “I think that’s been proven at this point.”
Now, the team gets to sit back and wait for their next opponent as Drew Brees and Tom Brady will do battle on Sunday.
