The Philadelphia Eagles’ offense can be quite the handful for opposing defenses. With so many weapons, they can seem almost impossible to stop, especially when they’re in hurry-up mode.
While finding that out first-hand on Sunday Night Football, Green Bay Packers linebacker Isaiah McDuffie figured he needed to bend the rules a bit in order to slow down Jalen Hurts and company. Unfortunately for him, the NBC cameras caught him in the act and played it for everyone to see.
In the video, you can clearly see McDuffie walking normally before taking a dive to stop the play and get his defense a much-needed rest.
Unfortunately for McDuffie, his cheating ways were not enough to stop the Eagles from getting into the end zone before the half, giving them a 27-20 lead at the break.
The Green Bay Packers are clearly willing to do whatever it takes to win this game, as they entered week 12 in desperation mode. Sitting at 4-7, another loss could very well be the final nail in the coffin for their postseason hopes.
