For the first time in over 40 years, the NFL will increase the length of the regular season.
According to Mike Garafolo, the NFL owners have approved the expansion to a 17-game regular season in 2021.
This news had been expected for quite some time now. Soon after the news, the league released the slate of games for the final week of the season.
