One of the biggest NFL insiders at CBS Sports is leaving the network in a surprising move.
Veteran NFL reporter Josina Anderson announced her departure from said broadcasters via social media on Tuesday afternoon, taking to X to share the news of her exit.
“I want to thank the CBS Sports team for my experience and time there. I’m amicably moving on to future ventures,” she wrote. “I wish all of the talented insiders, anchors, reporters, producers, executives and support staff the best. Cordially, Josina Anderson.”
Anderson had been with CBS since 2021, having worked as a football insider for CBS Sports HQ. She joined the network after a nine-year stint at ESPN.
She became one of the most popular NFL reporters at The Worldwide Leader in Sports and featured on some of its top shows, including ‘SportsCenter’ and ‘NFL Live.’
She debuted at CBS in September of 2021.

Anderson became a contributor on Skip Bayless’ ‘Undisputed’ show on FS1 following the departure of Shannon Sharpe, who is now at ESPN.
“It’s going to be exciting to contribute to a show that’s already great and established. I’ll be able to offer a balancing dose of credibility and femininity. Looking forward to mixing it up with the great talent and everyone else who makes it happen,” she said in a press release when she joined the show.
According to Awful Announcing, she hasn’t been on the show in a few months.
