In the first half game between the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers — the undefeated 49ers ran a double reverse that caught the Browns defense completely off guard.
Browns defensive end Olivier Vernon thought he might have a shot at a tackle, but saw that Jimmy G was in his face, so he threw a left hook to his head to get him away.
He’ll definitely be hearing from the league after this game.
