Jerry Rice is the greatest wide receiver in NFL history, but many NFL fans of today never truly got a chance to watch him at the height of his career.
Luckily for us, we got to see what made him great when somebody posted a video on social media that showed him completely destroying defenders in 1-on-1 drills while at practice.
Rice developed his incredible hand strength while working with his father, a brick mason who frequently tossed him bricks to lay.
He excelled at Mississippi Valley State in college to the point that the he was drafted No. 16 overall in the 1985 NFL Draft – the third wide receiver off the board.
He would only go on to set every receiving record in NFL history and make the pro bowl 13 times.
