The biggest NFL story since Sunday has easily been the dirty hit Vontaze Burfict delivered to Colts TE Jack Doyle that got him ejected out of the game.
The following day, the Oakland Raiders linebacker found out he would be suspended for the entire 2019 season as a result of his actions, a suspension he plans on appealing.
On Tuesday, OJ Simpson decided to speak up on the topic and he stated that a hit like Burfict delivered would’ve been celebrated back in his day, but acknowledged things have changed because of the findings on CTE.
