O.J. Simpson has finally weighed in on Drew Brees’ stance on the national anthem. He said his comments were “bad timing.”
Simpson’s comments came by way of Brees telling Yahoo he doesn’t support kneeling during the anthem and finds it to be disrespectful.
Even though he apologized, the legendary NFL running back hopped onto Twitter to share his thoughts.
The Juice thinks Brees might be missing “the point” of what Colin Kaepernick started. He did, however, accept his apology.
