The Patriots selected Jones with the No. 15 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He came into the league with a body that reminded fans of the infamous shirtless NFL scouting combine photo of Tom Brady from back in 2000.
Three years ago, Jones tweeted out a hilarious side-by-side photo of himself, not wearing a shirt, next to Brady.
Mac Jones has been able to enjoy a full off-season for the first time in his career and it is working out. he no longer looks like the guy above. Jones’ girlfriend Sophie Scott posted a photo on her Instagram story Thursday in which he has a slimmer physique, and appears to have added quite a bit of muscle.
“This is no photoshop. @MacJones_10 looks like he’s been eating his spinach this summer. JACKED #Patriots fans have to love this. No sophomore slump, please,” said Courtney Fallon.

A slimmer Jones could lead to success for the Patriots.
Jones had the most successful campaign of any rookie quarterback, as he went 10-7 while throwing for 3,801 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions while leading New England back to the postseason after a one-year hiatus.
