The race to land free agent WR Odell Beckham Jr. continues as many Super Bowl contenders are in the mix for his services.
Beckham Jr. has been flirting with the idea of joining the Cowboys when he confirmed he has some family ties to the Dallas area and said, “I’m just trying to win, wherever I go.”
That isn’t the only Super Bowl contender he would go to. Arrowhead Pride contributor Mark Gunnels saw that statement as an opportunity to sell Beckham Jr. on Kansas City.
“You would 100% win with Mahomes, Kelce, and Big Red,” Gunnels wrote. “Family atmosphere, loudest crowd, and no turf. Oh yeah, best BBQ by the way too. Just something to think about champ.”
“It ain’t out the question,” Beckham Jr. responded.
Odell Beckham Jr. is certainly the NFL’s most sought-after free agent right now, as the postseason nears. He already showed what he could do in the moment, with an ACL injury the only thing slowing him down. Beckham was an integral addition to the Los Angeles Rams last season, and they went on to a Super Bowl victory.

Signing Odell for the Chiefs would ensure he would not end up on their biggest competition in the Buffalo Bills, who are also in the running to sign him. Despite already facing off this year, the Bills and Chiefs will likely play again this postseason.
If Buffalo signed Beckham, that would give the Bills a potent combo with wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis. That is a lot to deal with for any defense.
Beckham Jr. is expected to be “at full health and signed” by December.
