Odell Beckham Jr.’s controversial midseason departure from the Browns had the happiest of endings for him with a trip to the Super Bowl, and he was a huge part of why the Rams are staying right at SoFi Stadium for the big game.
The 29-year-old had a strong message for his critics after the victory.
“I TOLD YOU!”
Beckham was released on Nov. 5 by the Browns, and the Rams announced they had signed him on Nov. 11th. He totaled 17 catches for 232 receiving yards with no touchdowns in the first six games of the season with the Browns. He has caught 37 passes for 428 yards with six touchdowns in 10 games with the Rams.
This is only the second year of his career in which Beckham Jr. has competed in playoff games.
Beckham Jr. finished the NFC Championship game with 113 receiving yards, which is the first time all season that he’s surpassed 100 receiving yards.
