There will be no reunion with Odell Beckham Jr. and one team.
Odell Beckham Jr.’s free agency journey has been followed by many. He has traveled from team to team for workouts and visits and still hasn’t signed anywhere.
One team for sure he won’t be on will be the New York Giants.
On Thursday, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News indicated that the Giants are “still in the mix” as a potential landing spot. However, the team had since made some moves in free agency.
Following the Giants’ recent signings, including re-signing Darius Slayton and bringing in free agent Parris Campbell, ESPN Giants insider Jordan Raanan reported that Odell would not becoming back to the team because of the contract he is now demanding.
“This now solidifies that the Giants will not be players for Odell Beckham Jr. Put that dream to rest. He is/was out of their price range,” Raanan wrote.

Odell started his career in New York after the Giants drafted him with the 12th overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft. He spent five seasons there before being traded to the Cleveland Browns in 2019.
During his time in town, he was known for his one-handed catches, but also his sideline dramatics and outbursts.
Still, Giants fans would’ve loved to have him back in uniform. What can make things worse is if he ends up on the Dallas Cowboys.
