It seems like Odell Beckham Jr. is starting to love it in Cleveland after the New York Giants suddenly traded him there this offseason.
The Cleveland Browns wide receiver recently made a bold claim to GQ when he stated that the Browns can not only be like the New England Patriots, but also win multiple Super Bowl Titles in the process.
“I plan on being there for the next five years and trying to bring as many championships there as possible,” he said, “turning [the Browns] into the new Patriots.”
One thing that has got Beckham excited is playing with quarterback Baker Mayfield who lead the franchise to one of their best seasons in a very long time and had them in the thick of the playoff race in late December.
“I would say he’s next, but I feel like he’s now,” Beckham says. “He’s Brett Favre—he’s going to be a Hall of Famer.”
In one offseason, the Browns have become the darling of the NFL and have expectations for the first time in a long-time.
