Odell Beckham Jr. has been an out-right star ever since his one-handed catch against the Dallas Cowboys on National TV a few years ago. He has been a fan favorite ever since.
On Tuesday, the New York Giants decided they were going into full rebuild mode when they decided to trade the generational talent to the Cleveland Browns, effectively ending his tenure in NY.
In his first thoughts about the soon-to-be official trade, the all-pro wideout didn’t sound like a man that was too thrilled about being shipped out after it was publicly stated by Giants GM David Gettleman that he wouldn’t sign him just to trade him.
It seems more Odell is disappointed in how things went down than him being shipped to a team that hadn’t been to the playoffs in forever. The Browns future is clearly more bright than the rebuilding Giants.
The Giants have eight wins over the last two seasons while the Browns’ seven wins last year with rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield had people thinking about a future postseason trip.
