Odell Beckham Jr. has knocked back the claims stating he’s after a contract worth $20 million a season.
The wide receiver will likely get picked up by a team this offseason after spending all of 2022/23 out due to injury and rehab. And Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk has reported that he’s seeking the aforementioned figure as he looks to return to playing.
Beckham took to Twitter this Saturday to clarify things.
“I’m just so confused where the quote is from me [that] said I want 20,” he wrote. “All I’m sayin is 4 AINT enough.”
Although we’re still not sure what he could be willing to play for, anything between the range of $5-$19 million a season could be considered a starting point.
The Kansas City Chiefs should perk up at this as they’re believed to be interested in the star wideout now that he’s fully recovered from the torn ACL that kept him sidelined for an entire season.

The Dallas Cowboys are thought to be the team most desperate where Odell is concerned, while he has also been linked with a potential move to the Baltimore Ravens.
Beckham has also attracted attention from the New York Jets, with Aaron Rodgers reported to have named him as one of the players he wants the team to get. But Rodgers has poured cold water on the reports stating he gave the Jets a list of targets.
