Odell Beckham Jr. put all his eggs in one basket when he decided to wait until free agency to find his next home. However, he has yet to receive the contract that he desires.
Over the past week or so, he has been heavily rumored to be going with the New York Jets, but that is based on whether the team actually trades for Aaron Rodgers this offseason. Well, one other fan base wants him to take his talents elsewhere in the AFC.
Three-time Pro Bowl free agent Odell Beckham Jr. was in attendance for Wednesday’s NBA matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers. When the wide receiver wasn’t in Crypto.com Arena, TMZ Sports caught on video a bunch of Raiders fans begging him to join Las Vegas.
Beckham didn’t bother to respond as he signed autographs and made his way through the crowd.
Earlier in the offseason, fans were using similar tactics on Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but that clearly did not work. The team ended up signing Jimmy Garoppolo instead.
Beckham didn’t play a single snap of football last year due to a torn ACL he suffered during the 2021 Super Bowl. That didn’t stop him from consistently being in the news. He was linked to a number of teams that included the Dallas Cowboys, who had multiple players openly courting him to the squad. In the end, no contract was given and Odell decided to wait for free agency.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Raiders brought in Boston College wide receiver Zay Flowers for a visit.
