Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is facing allegations of sexual assault and inappropriate conduct from multiple women, which has prompted an investigation from the NFL. Not only that, the Houston Police Department recently said someone has since fined a criminal complaint against the Texans QB.
Now a former NFL player with some past legal issues of his own has weighed in on the situation.
O.J. Simpson recorded a video and dropped his two cents on the situation:
It was just last month when the former Buffalo Bills RB first spoke about the Texans QB.
““I’m a little depressed about the Deshaun Watson situation, it appeared to be more about money because he’s been charged in more civil case than a criminal case. I don’t know how it’s going to turn out but I hope it turns out right. I think you need to let these things go through the system. Him, Cuomo. all of these things.”

Watson has only responded publicly to the first allegation on Twitter: “As a result of a social media post by a publicity-seeking plaintiff’s lawyer, I recently became aware of a lawsuit that has apparently been filed against me,” Watson wrote. “I have not yet seen the complaint, but I know this: I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect. The plaintiff’s lawyer claims that this isn’t about money, but before filing the suit, he made a baseless six-figure settlement demand, which I quickly rejected. Unlike him, this isn’t about money for me – it’s about clearing my name, and I look forward to doing that.”
