Mitch Trubisky could very well be ending his career with the Bears tonight.
If it is his final game, he will be leaving with a trophy.
The NFL broadcasted the Bears-Saints game on Nickelodeon, and they asked fans to go to their website to vote on certain things they have seen during the game.
That also includes who would be the NVP of the game, which has Mitch Trubisky winning:
