With just a little over a minute left in the game against the Texans — Chubb got loose to score a back breaking TD that would’ve ended the game. Instead, he went out of bounds purposely because the Texans had zero timeouts to stop the clock.
The Browns, who were 3.5-point favorites, won 10-7. Bettors were less than thrilled.
