Back in May 2018, Nick Bosa ran into a bunch of controversy when social media detectives noticed that he “liked” controversial tweets from Tomi Lahren, calling President Donald Trump a “GOAT” and throwing shots at NFL players kneeling during the playing of the National Anthem.
The former Ohio State Buckeyes star, who could be selected within the first 3 picks of the 2019 NFL draft, also took heat for criticizing Black Panther, Beyonce’s music, and calling Colin Kaepernick a “clown.”
Those tweets have since been deleted and Bosa has a very good reason as to why he did that and why he won’t be doing things like that going forward, especially talking about Donald Trump.
“I had to,” Bosa said. “There is a chance I might end up in San Francisco.”
San Francisco owns the #2 overall pick and they reportedly have a ton of interest in selecting him. Not only is San Fran one of the most liberal cities in the country, but the team had Colin Kaepernick on the squad who kicked off the kneeling and protests during the National Anthem.
His take on Black Panther being the worst Marvel movie of all-time had to have been his worst take out of everything he had tweeted, seeing as how “Iron Man 2,” “Iron Man 3,” or “Thor: The Dark World” still exists.
