Davante Adams surely needs to be punished for what he did, but these latest comments about his actions are just simply egregious.
During Monday night’s 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams lashed in anger and pushed a photographer. The photographer fell to the ground, but he got back up quickly. Adams was visibly upset as he left the field after a collision with fellow Raiders receiver Hunter Renfrow snuffed out a chance to win the game.
Both the NFL and Kansas City police are investigating after video showed Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams shoving a photographer to the ground as he ran off the field Monday night.
According to the report filed, the photographer told officers he was injured when Adams pushed him and went to the hospital for treatment Monday night. Police said the injuries are not life-threatening.
Former President Donald Trump’s favorite author, Nick Adams, possibly had the worst take on the matter.
He said that Adams should be banned from football and arrested for attempted murder.
“Devante Adams should be dropped in all formats in fantasy football, banned from the NFL, and arrested for attempted murder.”

Adams will likely face fines and a possible suspension. As for as the police investigation, he may face assault charges, but nothing even remotely close to murder charges.
Following the loss and the shove, Davante Adams spoke to reporters and issued an apology before being asked any questions.
“I wanted to say sorry to him for that because that was just frustration mixed with him literally just running in front of me. I shouldn’t have responded that way, but that’s how I initially responded. So, I want to apologize to him for that.”
