The NFL is the most popular sport in America right now, and it’s mainly because of how passionate the fans are about their team no matter what.
A new study is mapping out the most loyal fan base in the league just days before the start of the season.
Topping the list as the most loyal NFL fan base were the Cincinnati Bengals who took the top spot over some crazed fan bases. Bengals fans have shown loyalty to a franchise that hadn’t delivered a playoff win since the 90s prior to Joe Burrow being drafted to the team.
His presence has led to multiple wins, back-to-back American League Championship games, and one Super Bowl appearance.
I think it’s safe to say that they deserve all of this praise.
Here’s the full list of NFL fan bases ranked from best to worst in terms of loyalty:

On the other end of the spectrum, Cleveland Browns fans found themselves in the last place in the loyalty ranking. As you can, both NFL teams in loyalty either start the list or end it.
The only team to not make this list were the Washington Commanders who were excluded from the ranking due to a ‘low keyword volume’, which suggests limited data availability for assessing their fan base’s loyalty.
The Eagles, 49ers, Bills, and Jaguars rounded out the top 5 while the Panthers, Patriots, Buccaneers, and Saints rounded out the bottom five of unloyal fan bases.
