A sports site went a bit overboard with a graphic comparing some of the top quarterback prospects by height and had to delete it from Twitter after they got a roasting from fans.
One of the biggest questions heading into the NFL Scouting Combine has been answered, with official player official measurements being revealed on Saturday. Former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young was the one everyone was keen on ahead of the listing and it’s now confirmed that he’s 5ft 10in and weighs 204lbs, while his hand is nine-and-a-half inches.
While much has been made of Young’s measurements, he’s still expected to be drafted at No. 1 overall, though he’s not built the same as the other top QB prospects.
Sporting News attempted to highlight this in a graphic posted to Twitter but deleted it shortly after, yet not quickly enough to elude some fans. You could see it right below.
It appears they’ve made Bryce out to not just be shorter than his counterparts, but inhumanely disproportionate. He’s only a few inches shorter and the next heaviest guy, C.J. Stroud, only has 10 pounds on him, yet he’s been presented as a mini of everyone else.

Fans had some fun at the account’s expense forcing them to take the image down. As for Bryce, he will be keen on proving his doubters wrong once the 2023 season begins.
It will be interesting to watch.
