Social media can be a weird place for sports figures, because an athlete can do something simple like changing their profile picture or change their bio and it’s national news.
With the news that a Deshaun Watson trade is imminent, some fans around the league believe Philadelphia might be all in on the Texans quarterback after Jalen Hurts potentially removed Eagles-related information from his bio.
NFL insider Doug Kyed has since denied the rumor altogether.
“FYI: Jalen Hurts never had Eagles QB in his Twitter bio,” he wrote on Twitter.
On Friday, Watson was cleared of all criminal charges stemming from a police investigation into more than 20 allegations of sexual misconduct and assault over the past year.

The Eagles may be interested, but Watson has never been inclined to waive his no-trade clause for the Eagles.
Hurts, a Houston native, just finished his second season with the Eagles organization. Last year, he notched an 8-7 record behind 3,144 yards, 16 touchdowns and nine interceptions through the air, and 784 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground.
