Dianna Russini is sick and tired of talking about Aaron Rodgers.
Joining ‘Keyshawn, JWill & Max’ on Thursday morning, Russini had a lot to say about having to talk about the Green Bay Packers QB after doing it all offseason as he flirted with retirement or forcing a trade.
“Congratulations, Aaron Rodgers. You now get the headlines again,” Russini said. “Because guess what we’re talking about to start off this football segment? Aaron Rodgers, again.”
“We did this all last year…Now we’re going to have conversations about him retiring?”
Aaron Rodgers will return to the Green Bay Packers for his 18th season following back-to-back MVP campaigns. On Wednesday night, Rodgers and Tom Brady defeated Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen in “The Match.” During the golf competition in Las Vegas, the Packers said he thinks about retirement “all the time.”
“When you commit, you’re 100 percent,” Rodgers said. “But the older you get, the interests change, and the grind, I think, wears on you a little more.”
