NFL fans didn’t hold back in ripping on the officials for missing a way-too-obvious defensive pass interference call in Thursday night’s game between the Chicago Bears and Washington Commanders.
Facing a 3rd-and-4 situation late in the second quarter, Chicago QB Justin Fields tried finding Darnell Mooney in the end zone for six. Benjamin St-Juste blatantly interfered with Mooney to prevent the touchdown, and yet the officials somehow didn’t bother to throw a flag on the play.
The horrible non-call left fans and analysts at a loss for words.
