The Pro Bowl Games are back, and the stakes are high! The NFL has revamped the Pro Bowl format, moving away from a traditional football game to a two-day spectacle, culminating in a 7-on-7 flag football game. The competition pits the AFC against the NFC, with each conference earning points through various events. The team with the most points at the end wins.
Here’s everything you need to know about how players earn points for their teams in this year’s Pro Bowl Games.
Passing The Test (3 points)
Quarterbacks have 40 seconds to hit stationary and moving targets, each assigned different point values. They can hit each target once until all have been hit, then restart.
Before the event, a teammate answers five trivia questions about Pro Bowl players. Each correct answer adds 10 seconds, giving a maximum of 90 seconds. The QB with the highest score earns three points for their team.
