Hall of Fame receiver Michael Irvin made his return to TV on Monday, debuting on FS1’s Undisputed. He looked like he never missed a beat as he could be seen screaming alongside Richard Sherman and Keyshawn Johnson.
The Dallas Cowboys legend got an update from his other employer, who has had him suspended from the NFL Network since an alleged incident at the Super Bowl.
According to Front Office Sports, Irvin remains suspended.
“As Michael Irvin debuted as a member of Skip Bayless’s revamped cast on FS1’s “Undisputed” Monday morning, some more details emerged in his legal fight with Marriott,” the report states.
“Irvin remains suspended by the NFL Network after an alleged incident outside the bar area of a Phoenix hotel days before February’s Super Bowl LVII. A Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel employee alleged a day after the interaction that Irvin sexually propositioned her and touched her arm without consent.”
Irvin allegedly made inappropriate remarks to an employee of the hotel where Irvin was staying during Super Bowl week.
Irvin is suing Marriott Hotels & Resorts and one of its employees for more than $100 million due to what Irvin stated at the time were false allegations against him. Irvin’s lawsuit said he “casually exchanged pleasantries” with a female hotel employee before shaking her hand and going to his room alone.
It is stated in the lawsuit that Irvin and his legal team attempted to present eyewitness accounts of the alleged incident, but the Renaissance Hotel refused to accept them.

Footage has since shown Irvin engaged in conversation with the woman in question, but nothing crazy seemed to happen between them. however, there was no audio so we do not know what was said.
Marriott said Irvin made unwelcome sexual advances toward the female employee and even added that Irvin leered at the woman and turned to an employee allegedly saying “She bad, she bad” followed by a sexual remark and slapped himself in the face three times.
The video does show that moment. Irvin’s legal team says they feel the release of the video makes their case stronger.
