Ian Rapoport announced he’s set for a “big day tomorrow,” promising some huge news in a tweet posted on Wednesday night.
Rapoport is well-known as an NFL insider and plies his trade for the NFL Network. Ever one to break major NFL stories, the 43-year-old warned his upcoming reveal would have nothing to do with football.
The tweet, a photo of himself and his wife Leah, reads: “Big day tomorrow! A very cool, non-football announcement coming, which involves me, my family, some amazing horses, and a ton of the coolest experiences I’ve had when not tweeting NFL news. Can’t wait!”
Pretty intriguing, that.
Rapoport has been married since 2009 and shares two sons, Max and Jude, with Leah. He seems to work around the clock, especially during trade and free agency season, but he’s still a family man. And he apparently has time for horses too.

Fans had speculated over Ian and Leah possibly bracing themselves for a third child or whether he’s getting into the betting business as it relates to horse racing. It had also been suggested that the journalist could also be a jockey.
Well, the big announcement has come through, with the Rap man disclosing he will be part of the second season of America’s Best Racing’s “A Stake in Stardom.”
The show, which provides a look into the world of Thoroughbred racing, will also have the likes of FOX Sports’ Lindsay Czarniak and Joy Taylor, ESPN’s Anita Marks, and influencer Loren Izabel joining the cast for season 2.
