When Antonio Brown went bizerk on the sidelines at MetLife Stadium and shedded his uniform while throwing his gloves into the stands, it appeared as if we were watching a man throw the rest of his career away as he walked off the field shirtless.
According to an NFL insider, that does not appear to be the case.
NFL insider Josina Anderson relayed to the world that the book hasn’t been closed on Brown’s football career.
“If Antonio Brown wants a job on another team in the NFL, he can have one. That is not an opinion. That is what I know.”
If it does happen, it won’t happen this year since since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers haven’t officially released him yet.
Bruce Arians announced Monday that Antonio Brown was “no longer a Buc” in wake of his sideline outburst during the team’s Week 17 game against the Jets. However, Brown was still technically on the team’s 53-man roster.

Mark Maske of The Washington Post reports that the team is discussing with the NFL the designation with which they should release Brown.
“The deliberations between the team and the league were focused on which designation the Buccaneers might place on Brown for player-personnel purposes, according to a person with knowledge of the discussions.”
Brown never left New York and was spotted at the Nets game on Monday night.
