ESPN Monday Night Football analyst Troy Aikman was heavily critical of the Indianapolis Colts’ offense in their Week 12 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Let’s just say much of the NFL Twitter world wasn’t having it.
Aikman, like any sports commentator/analyst, is going to receive criticism from fans.. His analyst job at ESPN is to do just that — analyze the game. Aikman, like a large number of the fans watching the Colts-Steelers contest, had little patience for the Colts’ offense.

Ryan had another frustrating day at the office for Indianapolis, though he wasn’t helped by another putrid performance from the offensive line.
The 2016 league MVP completed 22 of 34 pass attempts for 199 yards and just one touchdown to go along with an interception. His biggest error of the night came on a 1st-and-goal situation at the Pittsburgh one-yard line late in the third quarter. Ryan fumbled when attempting to hand the football off to Jonathan Taylor, and the loose ball was recovered by Chris Wormley of the Steelers.
He was sacked three times by the vaunted Pittsburgh pass rush. The loss dropped Indianapolis to 4-7-1 on the year, all but ending any slim playoff hopes this team had.
The Colts will visit the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 13 before going on their Week 14 bye. As for the Steelers, they’ll look to play spoiler when they visit the playoff hopeful Atlanta Falcons this Sunday.
