Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady wasn’t exactly thrilled when Jim Gray, the co-host of TB12’s “Let’s Go!” podcast, asked the 45-year-old about his future.
Gray asked Brady if he has a timetable on making a decision for his football career. An agitated Brady said, “Jim, if I knew what I was gonna (expletive) do, I would have already (expletive) done it…I’m taking it a day at a time.”
Brady, who turns 46 years of age in August, can enter free agency if he opts not to re-sign with the Buccaneers. His contract with the organization expires after the 2022 season, though Brady has yet to announce if he’ll play or simply retire a second time.
Needless to say, many NFL fans weren’t exactly thrilled with Brady’s response.

Brady and the Buccaneers entered the 2022 season as a top favorite to win Super Bowl 57, but they never had the look of a championship contender. The Buccaneers started out 2-0 but went a mere 6-9 the rest of the way, marking Brady’s first losing season as a starting quarterback.
The Buccaneers lost 31-14 to the Dallas Cowboys on Super Wild Card Weekend, perhaps ending the short but sweet Brady Era in Tampa once and for all.
