NFL fans have offered support to Randi Mahomes, the mother of Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes, on social media following tweets she sent out last week.
Randi raised one hell of a QB, but it appears she’s going through something troubling at the moment – or at least last week, given her activity on Twitter on December 6.
“People will destroy your ? & soul to get to where they selfishly want,” she wrote then, before a second post that reads, “You can only push someone so far until they stay right where you pushed them too.”
The tweets were a few hours apart.
As expected, fans took notice and have been responding with words of support and comfort.

“Keep your head up! You can get through whatever you are going through! Stay in Faith!” one user wrote.
“Randy tweet, say what you please,” another wrote, likely in response to someone who said it is a bad look for Randi to note her personal issues online. “These people don’t know you. Some people always want to put others where they want them. Some People always want to make ppl not human because they’re popular or a celebrity. Be who you are. A Beautiful down to earth person.”
“God bless you and your family,” another fan replied, while another wrote, “So sorry your heart is hurting today. Praying God gives your heart peace today.”
The Other Mahomes Should Be Feeling Okay
Meanwhile, Randi’s son had himself quite a game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. The Chiefs won 34-28, with Mahomes throwing for 352 yards and three touchdowns. Denver’s Russell Wilson also threw for three touchdowns, as well as 247 yards, to mark one of his better performances in a Broncos jersey. However, he had his day ruined by a scary head injury in the fourth quarter that ruled him out for the rest of the game.
Mahomes had better fortunes, having fired his team to a win on the back of some incredible plays. The victory saw him join some exclusive company as he became one of just four NFL QBs to beat a particular team 10-plus times without a loss. The other QBs to have done so are Tom Brady, who went 10-0 against the Atlanta Falcons, Andrew Luck (11-0 against the Tennessee Titans), and John Elway (10-0 against the New England Patriots.
