Just in case you haven’t heard, the U.S. Senate voted against passing a bill that would help military veterans and Colin Kaepernick is going viral because of it.
As you may remember, the former San Francisco 49ers QB kneeled for the national anthem in 2016 and was blasted for disrespecting the military.
Now, a post on Twitter is going viral that has people thinking about whether kneeling for the national anthem or not passing a bill is more disrespectful.
“Which group was ACTUALLY disrespecting our vets?” one person tweeted.

Kaepernick faced severe backlash for his actions which led to him never playing in the league again.
Kaepernick in his NFL career passed for 12,271 yards and registered 72 touchdowns for 30 interceptions. He was also part of the Super Bowl XLVII team that lost to the Ravens in a close encounter with a score of 34-31.
