Tom Brady’s time as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers player is thought to be all but over.
If the quarterback hadn’t made up his mind prior to last Monday, he likely did during the loss to the Dallas Cowboys, given what he saw from his team.
The lack of conviction on Tampa’s part was plain to see but that wasn’t the only thing that must have disappointed Brady. NFL Films has released a video of the Mic’d Up veteran trying to motivate his team while Dallas piled the pressure on. The lack of a response was apparent both during the attempted pep talk and while play ensued.
“Tom Brady was mic’d up for a big homecoming-type of game for him in front of his friends and family. You can see him desperately trying to fire up a life-less team all game long. The end is just.. ?,” Dov Kleiman wrote in a tweet captioning the video, which you can see below.

Brady’s teammates don’t expect him back after this season. His impending exit is getting more evident by the day.
