A certain set of fans with a team going to this year’s Super Bowl will be very upset to learn that a reddit user made famous for picking the wrong winners for 15 years without fail has made his prediction for next Sunday’s game.
It’s pretty difficult to get 15 straight results wrong when you only have two teams to choose from, yet this fan has managed to do so anyway and has his betting receipts to prove it.
He’s been on the wrong end of things since he bet on the New England Patriots to win in 2008, when Eli Manning and the fifth-seeded New York Giants pulled off one of the biggest upsets in Super Bowl history, beating the Pats 17-14. It’s been all downhill for him since.
“It all started with me putting a ton of money on the 18-0 Patriots to beat the Giants. Ever since then, I’ve lost more money than I can count betting Super Bowl money lines,” he wrote in a reddit thread. (He posts one every year).
After picking the Cincinnati Bengals last year and the Kansas City Chiefs the year before, he’s back with yet another prediction. Eagles fans aren’t going to be happy to see this…
Check it out:
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m getting strong Minnesota Vikings vibes from Kansas City, AKA the Minnesota Chiefs. Only the Vikings eked out more one-score wins than the Chiefs this season.
Mahomes should be feeling better by game time, but better doesn’t mean 100%.
Meanwhile, the Eagles have been rolling all season. One loss when Hurts started. And that game was fluky.
In my eyes, this is one of the most lop-sided matchups in recent memory. Maybe the most lop-sided since the 18-0 Patriots played the 10-6 Giants. And I know what you’re thinking, the Giants won that game. Well, yes, they did. And that’s why….
I predict that the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES will win the Super Bowl… This game is a no brainer. Do Not Overthink It. Bet the better team.

Should the redditor get this one right, he’s going to recoup years of lost funds, according to him. Philly fans will hope he does.
