With the 2023 NFL regular season now less than a month away, experts are locking in their predictions for the matchup and winner of Super Bowl 58.
On Friday, members at NFL.com revealed their predictions for the showdown and victor of this season’s Super Bowl, which will be held inside Allegiant Stadium (home of the Las Vegas Raiders) in Las, Vegas, Nevada, on Feb. 11.
Unsurprisingly, the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs got the most votes with nine. Four of those experts picked the Chiefs to defeat Dak Prescott’s Dallas Cowboys in the big game, and three had KC defeating the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of Super Bowl 54.
The Philadelphia Eagles garnered the second-most votes with seven, followed by the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals with five apiece. The 49ers were just behind Buffalo and Cincinnati with four of the votes.
This is where it gets interesting, though: Dan Hanzus, Jeffri Chadiha and Michael Baca all picked Aaron Rodgers’ New York Jets to defeat the 49ers in the big game. Lastly, Eric Edholm chose the Cowboys to defeat Joe Burrow’s Bengals.
