During the Bears-Patriots matchup, Mac Jones appeared to kick Jaquan Brisker while sliding not once, but twice. The New England Patriots quarterback had been in hot water with social media ever since the videos surfaced showing him seemingly trying to do it on purpose.
Brisker would get his revenge later in the game with a pick, but he was far from finished. Brisker spoke about the incident on Thursday and didn’t mince words, saying, “I think he should get fined. Or something needs to happen.”
Unfortunately, not a thing happened.
Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports announced that Mac Jones was not disciplined for his controversial slide.
Fans were not thrilled with this result.
