NFL Being Pressured To Move Multiple Week 15 Games Due To Covid-19 (TWEETS)

Hang on, folks. The NFL’s week 15 schedule could undergo a dramatic makeover in the coming hours, as several teams around the league are dealing with Covid outbreaks within their facilities.

The NFL made it all the way until this point without having to move any games in 2021, but that looks like it’s about to change. According to multiple sources around the league, the NFL is being pressured by the players to move several week 15 contests, as numerous teams are dealing with a shortage of players because a significant portion of their roster is stuck in Covid protocols.

Among the teams dealing with outbreaks right now are the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, and Washington Football Team.

The NFL hasn’t postponed a game through the first 14 weeks of the season. It now appears there’s a real possibility that will change in light of more than 100 positive COVID tests among players this week.
